Mediation and Counselling Services

At MothershipMCS, I offer a safe, inclusive, and culturally sensitive space for adults, teens, couples, and families to explore healing and personal growth. My integrated approach combines person-centred, strengths-based psychodynamic therapy, internal family systems, positive psychology, and transpersonal creative therapies.

Grounded in trauma-informed care, I also draw on somatic experiencing and embodiment practices to support deep emotional and physical healing.

Whether you're navigating trauma, loss, addiction (AOD), identity, or neurodivergence, your story is honoured here with compassion and care. I work affirmatively with LGBTQI+ clients and welcome diverse lived experiences.

Sessions are available both online and in-person, depending on your needs. Together, we’ll explore what matters most—helping you reconnect with your strengths and move forward with clarity, confidence, and resilience.

At MothershipMCS we also offer facilitated, structured conversations to resolve conflict, repair relationships, and find shared solutions. Mediation is respectful, impartial, and grounded in empathy—ideal for families, workplaces, or community settings seeking peaceful outcomes.

Mothership Mediation and Counselling Services

I am a trauma-informed counsellor, mediator, and interdisciplinary artist with a background in mental health, leadership, and the creative arts. Through MothershipMCS, I offer holistic, inclusive, and culturally sensitive support to individuals, couples, families, and professionals—both in-person and online.

My practice is deeply rooted in person-centred, strengths-based, and psychodynamic approaches, and integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic experiencing, embodiment practices, creative and transpersonal therapies. As a lifelong dancer and somatic movement practitioner, I bring an embodied lens to my work, supporting clients to reconnect with their bodies as vital sources of wisdom, resilience, and healing.

With experience in community arts, mental health, and leadership, I work compassionately with people navigating trauma, grief, addiction (AOD), neurodivergence, identity, and life transitions. I work affirmatively with LGBTQI+ clients and centre cultural safety, creativity, and choice in every session.

ACA accredited, I bring presence, purpose, and artistic sensitivity to the heart of my therapeutic work.
